"We do not enjoy the design of the hoop. As others mention, the snap comes undone and can be tedious to fix each time. Also, we used the lower setup for our younger kids. The directions advise you to secure the bottom portion with straps and the metal hooks are to go through the net. With people jumping and the net moving, these hooks are just going to create a hole in our net over time. We recommend finding a new design for your basketball hoops."

"Very flimsy hoop especially when comparing the high quality of the rest of the trampoline. The straps come loose and have to be retightened frequently. The snap that keeps the rim secured to the base of the backboard comes undone. The rim occasionally collapses downward and needs to be reset. I can understand the need for some give on the rim for jumper safety, but this rim is in constant need for adjustment even when just shooting the provided basketball (no rough play)."
"Impossibly difficult to assemble, the net pole hole doesn’t align with the leg properly. I’m going to have to dissemble it and start again. Fun way to spend the long weekend"

Very disappointing! Adam from Customer Service has been attempting to track down another box and has been helpful in keeping me updated with emails and a small refund for the inconvenience so appreciate his ongoing efforts to finalise this matter"
